I love this place it very helpful and they have a wide selection of scooters plus they know how to fix stuff and they have all the parts.so if you're thinking about a scooter place,go to Mr scooters..... The Name Says It All....

I had a NIU electric kick scooter with a flat tire, no one was willing to touch but these guys, they had to special order the tire. They communicated extremely well and mechanic Rob did a great job. If I ever have an issue with a scooter I will be taking it back to these guys.

They sent an old drunk to pick up my bike. The guy was told several times to not try and load the bike using the ramp. He suddenly just goes for it whiLe I told him to stop because I knew he had no idea what he was doing. Me and my neighbor were trying to help him. We clearly saw he was a drunk when it was to late. He's lucky he got off my property w just a few insults. Rob sounds like a decent guy on the phone but these guys are really not that sharp I should have known better.
