Very bad experience about pick up!!! My schedule was 9:00 and 10:00 and they make me waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive my order. I wish they have a better system. Please!!!! Manage department, take a look this situation, because every time I pick up orders from you guys the same thing. 1 star!!! Next time no excuses!!!

Nobody in the store. Waited 45minutes. Had to ask the cashier for help. Asked for pick-up the next day. Im here waiting for 1h to pick-up. Sitill waiting

Tequilla and Phi Phi were awesome! They are the type of representation that you want for a company. I went here to buy 1700 square feet of tile to redo my home. It began with a mix-up with me being sold tile that was already purchased, by another customer, for a project that was already in progress. After an extra visit or two everything was sorted out. The two women I prefaced in the beginning were extremely helpful in getting me squared away. This all started out bad, but ended on a real good note. I can't express how much those two women helped me and they definitely need to be recognized for their efforts.
