Nice and courteous staff The store seemed to have more choices and selection. Very clean and well kept up. We only used the men department for a suit and couple of trousers and shirts. The manager was very helpful.

I like this store I buy from here all the time. But I think you guys are so cheap and stingy when it comes to makeup sample. I like to try expensive products before I spend my money on them and when I ask for a sample their attitude changes from can I help you to oh, ok hold on. Then they take their time and purposely give you a sample so small And then the next smaller. Makes me want to buy my makeup somewhere else I don’t get the stinginess

I went to Dillard's at the Town Center to purchase a nice dress suit as I return to the office, as well as a few lingerie items. The ladies in the lingerie department were so nice and accommodating. It seems as though I wasn't aware that I needed a different size, but after the fitting by the team Brandi and another very nice and very pregnant Dillard's associate, I am now a new size. They were just a pleasure to work with and I am actually sending my daughter next week for a fitting to be sure she is taken care of. I am sorry I don't know the other employee's name, but they were both knowledgeable, professional, and fun! Thanks ladies of lingerie!

Horrible customer service. Took going to three different registers and three different people saying three different things to get a refund for something I purchased online two weeks ago with a receipt.should have been a simple in and out transaction. I would have rather paid to ship it back than deal with the frustration. No wonder retail is suffering.
