Integrity floors visited our home to provide a quote for a small flooring project. Several weeks went by and I called and they let me know they would be calling me back or emailing me the quote. It's now been a few months and we never heard from them. I understand not wanting to do a small job, but a responsible business would let them know and not ghost a potential client.

VERY happy with their help in finding a vinyl flooring that looks...fantastic! The supplier threw in a few odd tiles that Jim and Laura Myhre worked to take care of- not their problem BUT they got that issue fixed instead of just letting it ride. The photo is from the middle of the remodel, yes, that's vinyl! Be sure to check out the selection. We've had it seven years now and NO issues, looks like it would last forever! And helped my wife find a carpet she LOVES. A great flooring company can help you find tile and carpet that you may never have thought of...and love it! thanks!
