Thomas is amazing! He’s the best manicurist I’ve ever had. He takes his time on my pedicures and he will make every nail perfect. Everytime I go to him it looks like a fresh set. If I go to someone else the next time I see him he will correct the other persons mistakes and also let me know if I need to get a fresh set the next time. Vera is also good. Everyone else I’m not a fan of. Eric is okay.

This was my first time coming here and I’m very happy! My nail tech was Judy and she was super sweet and detailed. It was also my first time getting square nails and she made it an overall great experience.

Right off the bat when I sat down I showed her my reference photo which was a light ombré nail with a COUPLE TINY hearts on each finger and she insisted I used a dark pink because the others “wouldn’t show”. Then the powder she used to do the “ombré” turned out so uneven. Some fingers are not even ombré, it just looks like a hot pink French tip. On top of that, half of my appointment she kept taking breaks to text somebody else and complaining about the air conditioning. She kept acting rushed and never asked if anything looked okay to me. She did the hearts so sloppy that on one nail it just looks like a big red blob and some of the heart don’t even look complete, they have streaks through them and She put dots all around the nails instead of just a couple. I’m very disappointed because the first time I came here the guy was very nice and did my nails EXACTLY like the reference photo so I thought I could trust coming here again for a set of nails for this valentines which my boyfriend was going to propose on. I think I’ll be trying a different salon next time because I don’t want the possibility of you guys being busy next time again so I come out with a sloppy set of nails again. I don’t know what her name was but here is the receipt incase she has an employee number on it or anything. The first photo is the reference I showed her and she had taken a photo of it so she had it to look at the entire appointment. I can’t believe I paid $83 for these.

I moved to Jacksonville in June 2021. I am very picky about my nails. I have been to about 5 other places around the area and one even an hour away to find a good place. I happened into Polish with no appointment about two weeks ago. They took me immediately and did a great job. Very friendly professional and above all did what I asked and not what they wanted. I got a good leg massage & foot massage with my pedicure my gel/acrylic manicure is great. I now came back a second time today and they have not let me down again. This is a great place to get your nails done. I highly recommend them to anyone picky about their nails.
