This is our second time staying at this particular location. Honestly we love everything about the location except for the evening receptionist. On both occasions she has been very rude while interacting with my husband & I. On both stays it has been us and our two children. On our first stay our room was not ready on time and we didn’t make a big deal of it. Once we were finally checked in we realized we only had two towels and two wash cloths. I came down to the front desk and requested more. Her response was that we had just checked in and why did we need extra towels already. I then explained to her that it was four of us and only two sets of towels were left in the room and that we don’t share. Her and my husband exchanged some words and her response was to contact the manager. We didn’t complain but still felt that her tone and reaction wasn’t appropriate. On our next stay I came down for a drink with my daughter. We set ourselves thinking someone would come over. After 10 minutes I walked to the front desk asking how do we order. In a very rude tone she pointed and said you order through her! My response was “ so no one comes to us, we go to them” and her response was yes. So we went along with it. Well shortly after another couple came down and ordered and someone went to where they were sitting to take their request. In my opinion the receptionist is very rude and will detour guest from wanting to book future stays. We love the hotel and location but the small interactions we have had with her will make us book else where.

Location was perfect for our stay but I’d definitely pay attention to how and what website you use to book this hotel. Was almost charged $200 more than what I agreed to. Had to handle the situation myself. Clean room and eating area as well as the lobby!

I initially book my room because online it said it was pet friendly once booked I received an email detailed my visit and for pet policy it stated pets were not allowed. I quickly cancelled my booking so I didn’t get charged because I knew I had my puppy with me. I searched again for hotel that was pet friendly again this hotel came up and was in my location and price rage I called the office and spoke with a lady and she said they do take pets now so I rebooked my stay. I got there to check in and I was informed there was a $100 non-refundable pet fee which I was surprised when I spoke to the lady the night before there was no mention of this I have also never stayed in a hotel with a pet before so I was unaware there was a charge for this. Lucky for me I was staying in a hotel close to my home due to my house being renovated I called my dog sitter and had her watch my dog for the night for $30. This was my first issue I wish she would of told me about the $100 fee prior to booking. After I get my dog to her sitter and I was in my room the room had a wet smell to it I was already over the front desk situation so I opted not to try to change rooms since it seem like the entire hotel smelled once you got off the first floor. I had my two kids with me ages 5 and 6 my five year old found skittles on the floor and if I thought it couldn’t get worse my daughter found an earring I couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel and we will not be back I will not book again with this company seeing this is the standard they are setting.

Great front desk staff greeted us at check in. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The only negative is that they have no shuttle or transport of any kind on the property.
