you can go by there between park hours and someone should be there if there not answering the phone. between 7am and 3:30pm in the back rt corner of the park is the office for ceder hill park, youll see cars ond parks equipment sitting in a finced in area. or keep calling their just not doing their job and not answering the phone.

I'm a jogger and I'll run in this Park almost every day. Never experienced any of the things Your talking about. Families are here, baseball teams come here, picnics are here soccer games are here. They even have the bike racing there now. It's a great park never had an issue. But I'm also not from Nashville. And I pay close attention to my surroundings.
