I give them a negative 5 star review,you pay your rent and in less than two hours you get an notice to vacate the premises within 4 days and the 4th day you will be removed. So your out an entire months rent,plus deposit and have no where to live! Do not stay here,underhanded and will obviously rob you blind! Mark will take everything you have and show no Mercy. His exact words,covid is over and he will put anybody out!

Hale properties is a great place to live and the staff is great they work with you no matter the circumstances of your situation great great people Mr.Mark and Mrs.Paula have turkey been a blessing to me giving me a chance to rent my very first apartment and I’m so grateful for them. It’s quiet over for the most part friendly neighbors and it’s very convenient you have access to grocery stores, gas stations, and financial services within 5 minutes of the area.

I'm here from out of state and renting a space from an old lady who has lived here 15 yrs and the manager is giving me a hard time and threatening to evict me and make sure I can't rent to anyone in Tennessee because she angry that I won't fill out a rental application with them. I don't want to live here, there's roaches everywhere, heavy roaches, so bad that I couldn't sit anywhere without roaches crawling on me. I visited one man's apartment and stood by the entrance of his door and saw bedbugs crawling on his shoulder! I wouldn't live here if you paid me. A bunch of people down on their luck and functional mental health patients who are being taken advantage of and bullied. They threatened to throw this old lady out because I said I have at will tenant rights, according to the state of Tennessee, and must be properly served an eviction and the manager retaliated against her. This is an elderly, sick woman in talking about. This has been my experience and I've only been here a little over a month. I didn't want to give the star, that's a negative star from me.

This place have a lot of beg bugs!! This place does not go on your credit!! 97 percent people stay here smoke crack, drunks, used the bathroom on they self!! F building!! F 1, F 2, F 4 they lie about women they have slept with!! Paula is the least agent!! Heffer makes 30,000 a month of these poe people!! F 3 and E 12 house got busta for drugs!! Young boy in E building upstairs shot a old man!! 200 cats live here!!
