Just once it would be nice if the order was correct. Ordered a market salad & got a spicy southwest type salad. Update: So now we're back with our grandson a week later. My husband told the Chick-fil-A employee what happened last week. He ordered another salad but did not receive any compensation. So much for the customer service level expected from Chick-fil-A.

Order with their app and go pick it up or use the drive through. No dine in. Also order with Door dash to have it delivered. During busy times they have someone directing incoming and outgoing traffic.
