Nashville Fire Department Station 31

I have a permit I got years ago I don't think it's in use anymore I don't know if it's valid but I have a gentleman that calls the fire department on me every time he sees smoke in my backyard which I cook out a lot my neighbors cook out a lot on holidays and every time we do he calls the fire department on us and it's a breach of of some contract somewhere that I don't understand why somebody can call the fire department just any reason if they see somebody burning something in their backyards I would rather burn a little brush in my backyard than put it in my front yard to make my property look nasty so I need an answer to permits and what to do about a gentleman that likes to call the fire department just because he can
