$500 to rent a car for just 1 week is price gouging and outrageous,not worth the money or time

Car had bad breaks and tires and the trim coming off the passenger side door. Something in the car rattled when you drove it. They gave me the car half full of gas so when I turned it back in I turned it in half full of gas and they charged my credit card for gas they had to refund me. I had to call them twice to get my money put back on my card.
