Chavaye Thomas is RUDE and ARROGANT. I called to receive a quote and she was very vague in her responses. I wanted/needed clarity, she continued to talk over me and cut me off. Nothing was accomplished during this call. I would not and Connor recommend this place. First impressions are everything.

Chavayae Thomas is the absolute WORST. She was 0 help in trying to get an apartment with. She has a nasty attitude and even if you make more than the monthly amount, you’re told you need a co-signer? She never kept me in the loop of what was going on with the application, we had to reach out to her to even know that there was something wrong. Not even worth the hassle.

The 2 ladies at the leasing office very rude to customers. One of them even confirmed the office hours only to go there 1hr earlier twice and tell me the office is closed even with written evidence from one of them. Better part is they kick you out of the office too. This is a place to go only if you are ready to have a headache.

We love pets! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment-dogs/cats. The nonrefundable fees are $300 for 1 pet and 500 for 2 pets. There is a $25 per pet, per month. We also have some breed restrictions. We'd love to see a photo of your furry friend before you move in!
You aren't required to have renter's insurance but we HIGHLY recommend having it. You should always have your personal property insured in case of an emergency.
All of our apartments have central heat and air. Everything is electric, no gas.
Yes, we do have electric stoves, and dishwashers & refrigerators.
We do not allow subletting.
UPS/FedEx will deliver packages to your door. We strongly suggest that you add "signature required" when ordering to avoid packages being left on the door.
I'm sorry we don't allow for the walls to be painted. The apartments are painted a neutral color.
Due to the fire codes, we do not permit grills of any type on a balcony.
We offer 6 ,9 and 12 month leases.
We require that you make 3 times the annual rental rate in gross income, have good credit and 3 years of good rental history and you'll need to pass a criminal background screening. Co-signers are allowed as long as there is income of 5 times the rent.
No, the utilities are not included with the rent. The utilities are on meters for each apartment and the rate will depend on your usage.
Our one-bedroom is currently renting for $1020.00 and our two-bedroom is currently renting for $1270.00. Rents are subject to change but the current rent rates can be found right here on Google My Business.

Yes, there is an application fee for all persons age 18 and over who will be living in the apartment. The cost is $50 per person.

Our early termination clause in your lease calls for you to pay your current month's rent, plus one full month before you vacate the apartment. You will also forfeit your security deposit.
Our trash pick-up days are Monday and Thursday, the trash dumpster is located on the property.
We have Dollar General Store Corp, Tri-State Medical Hosp. MATA Bus Company and Madison Police Department all just 5 to 10 minutes away.
Our maintenance team takes care of all of the maintenance except for changing normal light bulbs. We also have a Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Program that includes smoke detectors, A/C filter change. They are on call 24/7. However, after-hours calls are for emergencies only.
