Every time I go to this Verizon store, I am impressed with the knowledge of the staff, and their genuine desire to help us with our needs. Yesterday we worked with Bre, and she was top notch. Even though they were busy at the time, she was patient with our questions and got everything setup the way we wanted.

Is there a direct line to the store? I was in yesterday and purchased a new phone and the sales rep put the screen protector on for me. Today one corner of the protector is bubbling really bad and I would like it replaced. The rep we worked with was great and very knowledgeable but I didn't catch his name. Had Playstation and Game of Thrones tattoos. Thanks, will update review when screen protector issue is resolved. EDIT: Reducing my review down to 1 star. The buying experience was great but support after the fact is non existent despite being told they'd "escalate my case". There is no direct line for the the store and I live over an hour away so I don't want to drive there if I'm not going to receive assistance with my issue.

Adam helped us wow he was awesome he not only help me get the phone I wanted he helped my husband fix the watch that he had bought from there and got that all taken for us too if you go in there ask for Adam!
