We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Acres Campground. It is very well maintained and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. It’s close to beaches, walking distance to town center (restaurants and shopping). Dogs are welcomed and well behaved. The showers are 25 cents for 5 minutes and have great water pressure (this is a must for me!) Change is available at the office. Restrooms and showers are very clean and in great condition. The campsites are private in that they have vegetation/shrubs growing between each which makes us feel cosy in our own private little space. We had electricity, a picnic table and a utility sink with faucet at our site and this is a very welcome feature I had not seen before in campgrounds. Overall, a great stay, and our favorite aspect was really how quiet and calm the campground is.

Love this Campground. Very clean and peaceful. The office is great to interact with and the people here are very friendly. And the location! Downtown PTown is a short walk away, the National sea shore a few minute drive: bike paths, beaches, shops, restaurants, it’s all here! We try to come every year.

Customer service was good. For the rest, our land was tiny to the point where our 19-foot trailer covered our land almost entirely. We were glued to each other. Showers were chargeable. I won't be going back.

Open or ground fires are not permitted.You may utilize a raised, portable and covered fire pit.
The campground is about a 10 minutes walk or a short bike ride to a beach. You can drive to Herring Cove and Race Point (beautiful National Seashore beaches) with fee parking.

Hi Diane: Thanks for your question. We do not have Cabins to rent at Coastal Acres. We rent the land that a tent or RV would sit upon. Thanks!! Anna Kuzia, Manager Update: We now have rental campers that can sleep up to 4 adults. These are 2018 Acadia 31' long travel trailers and they are sweet!
