Not convertible with the process as shown on the Web so would someone at the store help us transfer texts from our S7 Edge to our laptop? Or at least help get it set up? Thanks

Yes but you'll have to utilize the services online otherwise every called to phone support will cost you $7 now.

I am sure they will they have been very helpful to me. They use to hold classes every so often for just that sort of thing but not sure they still do

I believe they would. Verizon is very helpful to their customers. I love Verizon....if it can be done, they will do it.
