I'm a jogger and I'll run in this Park almost every day. Never experienced any of the things Your talking about. Families are here, baseball teams come here, picnics are here soccer games are here. They even have the bike racing there now. It's a great park never had an issue. But I'm also not from Nashville. And I pay close attention to my surroundings.

I take my kids to this park and never had any problems when we're there

Candy, to answer your question, it is a hook-up spot. I don't believe it has to do with biblical do's or don'ts. People have been doing this for years, and I have been going to the park since I was a kid myself. I think everyone is in agreement to watch your own surroundings and belongings. Just like any goofy parody movie, DON'T go down the dark shaded path alone. Unfortunately, that advice seems to be for more and more places these days. Phone, dog, mace, and or fog horn if you're too uncomfortable, otherwise.

Cedar Hill Park has had this issue for years, be aware of your surrounds!

I only go to this park for the amazing disc golf course. And to take my kids to play at the playground by the entrance.. dont back in when you park

Dear Candy, I've noticed same vehicles driving around. The park is safe and very kid friendly. I wouldn't walk there if it's dark though. Something shady about those regulars who knows what's going on. Dear Curtis, was high school long ago for you or have you visited this park recently? Times have changed. Park is friendly for all groups of people.

I have not had them stop. They stare sometimes but I think it is because people do strange things in the park. I do not walk the inside alone. If I am alone, I walk around the pond. To be fair, I went there last week and I rode around first to see whose around me then I parked and walked. I probably was staring at people. Better safe than sorry.

I haven't but I would most definitely keep an eye out around my surroundings

Lol..this is funny because of stories I've heard back when I was in high school. So apparently its a place where gay and straight people go to have ...sessions? For lack of a better word. If I had kids I would not take them to this park!.. Love your picture by the way.
