Their website says they are open 7AM to 8PM, the auto center is open 7AM to 6PM.

Some have a garden center with live plants...some stores do not carry the live plants. Better to call and ask first

We service what we sell. If something goes wrong with any piece of outdoor power equipment sold at Blain’s Farm & Fleet, we don’t send it off to some other repair center. Our factory trained pros will repair or service your equipment in our in-store small engine service center, a factory authorized service center for over 15 brands. In-store service & parts—that's a service most of our competitors choose not to offer. And, a big reason why Blain's Farm & Fleet is a cut above the rest.

On the contrary, my experience is that their customer service people (and everyone on staff I've ever met) are exceptionally courteous, friendly, and helpful, compared to most other places. They seem genuinely knowledgeable and poised and patient, and I've never had any complaint, but rather have always been very pleasantly served and want to come back!
