I am wondering why my 87 year old Aunt has not been able to get her garbage picked up. She has called numerous of times and no one has YET to come and collect. This is unacceptable and I am looking for an email or I WILL contacting the City of Champaign or my attorney to get this rectified expeditiously. This is a service that she pays for, so I am confused as to what exactly is going on?

That missed the pick up day and I was promised that the missed pick up will be done by 5 pm the day I called. Never happened

Their system had an issue processing payments. In the time their system had an issue I was given a $35 late fee that they will not remove. They also completely disregard missed pick up notifications. They won’t do their job but still want me to pay them extra for it.
