I think this location has sealed the deal for me. I have been a long time hertz customer however enterprise has consistently been beating their rates. Not only that, their customer service is top notch and this location really shines in that aspect. Lexi and Domenika made the pickup and return super easy. The previous renter had returned very close to my pickup so they were cleaning the car when I arrived. It still took less than 15 minutes and they kept me updated the whole time. They also took the time to show me some features of the car that I wasn’t familiar with. I will definitely use this location again any time I am in San Jose; even if it’s not the closest.

When the airport could not provide us the car we reserved, we called this location. They had a car for us within an hour. Lexis was fantastic.

Enterprise is a great place to rent a car up here in need of one which I was mine had to go into the shop and I needed a car right away in the first one I went to didn't have the economy car and they sent me to the second place and had exactly what I needed a small economy car I highly recommend them they're they're good people work there I'm glad they're here for everybody

Excellent service! No line, no wait and was greeted by all team members each time I entered the facility. Renting a car at this Obama location was far more better than any other car rental.
