I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience. On the contrary, my experience is that their customer service people (and everyone on staff I've ever met) are exceptionally courteous, friendly, and helpful, compared to most other places. They seem genuinely knowledgeable and poised and patient, and I've never had any complaint, but rather have always been very pleasantly served and want to come back!
Agree with Mark. Anyone can have a bad day. Sorry for your unpleasant experience. I usually ask for supervisor in those situations.
Never had a problem there , but they are human and anyone could have a bad day , not that its right to take it out on a customer because its not but who knows what was going on in there life at that moment
