The mail people are very unprofessional on our side of town. They keep giving my packages to neighbors, they even put them in the back. I bought a reborn doll that cost a lot of money I never received it. It said it was delivered safely, but it wasn't delivered to my house they are supposed to have me sign for it but they never do.

The Urbana Post Office. Normal attention without more. They should review the elevator for the disabled, I've gone a couple of times with my daughter who uses a stroller and it didn't work.

The white blond short hair-Laura, clerk #9, served date : 8:53 AM , 03/07/2022-extremely rude, very unprofessional, failed on 3rd grade math with a calculator, should be fired. This senior lady made a mistake on the calculation of the postage to let me pay the extra fees I am supposed to be not obviously, maybe her math failed in elementary school? That is fine, I didn't complain on that because people will make mistakes, however, what her attitudes are totally unacceptable, it is her mistake to waste others' time, she kept saying, it is your postage wasted my time, you should go to another store on the neil street." So arrogant, so impolite, if you are not satisfied, you go to another store at Neil street, don't come here, stop coming on Mattis store". I told her it is my rights to go to any store, you can't decide for me, it is your mistake to waste my time. complaining to me for your mistake and asked her manager and her name, I was refused, her ridiculous arrogant attitudes should let her be fired. It is a shame to have USPS employee like this kind of people. Please fire this employee ASAP, I hope she could leave the position which she obviously didn't qualify for that. As far as I know, she used to have a lot of fights with the customers or did a terrified job on that. She even complained that it is my postage to waste her time and don't come to this store many times. I tried to be nice, however, what a shame, fire her, it is a cancer to leave her at USPS, zero star. To fire this clerk, she is notorious mean to the customers.

What business closes for 2 hours in the middle of the day? 12pm-2pm. Highly inconvenient and not very welcoming for customers.

Go into the PO of your choice and tell the clerk you want to rent a po box. They range from small to shoe-box size, so check them out before you pay. If you receive a large parcel, the clerks will leave a yellow card in your new po box, and you will be required to go to the po during business hours and pick up your delivery if it doesn't fit in your new rental box. It can be pricey for a large box, and you will pay for your rental each year.
Normal hours are 8-Noon
Nope! There is only self service as a drop box for postage paid mail.
