Loved the carpet less floors in the room. Sink had little counter space and not enclosed. I prefer the whole bathroom to be in one room with a door. Staff was great. Place was extremely clean. Right nextdoor is a Hampton Inn that is practically the same thing and has free breakfast and coffee. No free coffee here.

Courtyard Naples is located in Tamiami Trail, one of the most important avenues in the city, and just a 5 minutes drive from the beaches and 10 minutes from the best restaurants at 5th Avenue. —————— My concern, and this is not only for this location but for most of the (non extra luxury) hotels in the USA: during the peak of the pandemic they discontinued many of their services, now that everything is working, hotel occupancy rate is high and hotel rates are back in their high pre-pandemic levels, there’s no excuse for not cleaning your room, changing towels or providing the minimum services a guest may expect. Staying for a long weekend at this hotel to visit the beaches, inevitably will bring sand to your room floors, please at least send someone with a broom or a vacuum cleaner!

Hotel is nice but the air-conditioning is way too noisy! Need to change the AC from wall bangers to proper AC units.

Bill was So Helpful and Friendly at Check on. Hotel is newly updated with hard wood floor. (So much nicer than carpet) Great location and there’s a mini starbucks!
