Comfortable hotel, with big, modern rooms. Love the living room space. Pleasant staff. Good area and parking. Walls are thin and you can hear talking in the next room. Even though hotel prices have gone insane, felt nice to get away.

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to my needs. My room was ready and waiting upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located for necessities, entertainment and shopping. DoorDash and the hotel staff complimented each other well. Hotel parking is well planned out; I didn't have to walk a mile to get the hotel after parking the car when I returned to the hotel late at night.

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed in a king suite and it was super clean. The towels ere fresh and clean and the cookies, OMG, the best. We had a great work night business trip. We will return on our next trip to Naples.

Calling the corporate reservation line was a huge headache so after booking online and arriving things began to get better. Upon check in the front desk was very friendly, price matched priceline which was nice and quickly gave me my room key. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue I had was with service during the evening, I had called the front desk to ask for a few replacement items and they said I could just come to the front to grab them. When I stay at a hotel vs motel one of the things I expect is convenience. The front desk eventually sent someone to replenish items so at the end it was okay but definitely encourage the evening service improve. Overall a nice stay and would come back.
