Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting. Rooms are basically falling apart and look like they're barely IF EVER cleaned. Staff cares more to smoke and chat amongst each other rather than doing their job. THEY HAVE ROACHES. Cable goes out continuously throughout the night. Had the audacity to make getting my deposit back an issue. Lazy, filthy, horrible place.

The only thing I seen that could be changed was the shower bench in the handicap shower needed to be adjustable to make it higher and the sink was too high for my husband to get under in his wheelchair to brush his teeth. Other than that the room was clean and it was a quiet place.

Charged 30.00 per dog a day. Rooms weren't clean . The free breakfast had no .sugar free options If you stay more than one day Don't expect clean towels. They don't change out towels. Floors weren't clean. Free coffee in lobby the machine didn't work. Windows were dirty couldn't see out. At least they are close to a restaurant. The location is great.

We came her after a long day of travel and with the reviews people put out I actually stopped at Walmart and purchased cleaning and disinfecting products before we arrived. YES it is dated. But… it is clean and comfy. I’ve been stressing my arrival all day!!! If you want a five star stay then you should pay for one and stay elsewhere. Late check in is virtual. Easy as pie! I really have no complaint for the cost.
