Great boutique inn. Small quaint rooms with an old school vibe that’s charming. Clean. Perfect location. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Nick and Michelle both went out of their way to make the stay pleasant and I loved every minute of my stay. My first 2 days in the area were spent north at a major chain and I wish I’d found this sooner! I will be back

We stayed for a wedding which was on site. The staff was excellent. The rooms were a bit small but adequate. The location is marvelous. So much to do within walking distance. The outdoor bar and lounge on site overlook the bay which was so relaxing whether you were having breakfast or cocktails or dining. We would stay here again.

First let me start off with our experience was overall great but not because of the hospitality from the manager and owner of this establishment. The rooms were sufficient for a 4 night stay. We were able to dock the boat and the dock master “Eric” was very helpful and courteous. The rooms did not have hand towels and when requested we were told they were not available. Now to the reason I give 1 star, we asked for ice for our cooler due to the ice machines not working on the floors. We were told to go to the bar and ask for ice which we did. The bartender and server directed us to the kitchen ice machine, showed us the entrance and provided us with a bucket. Three days in a row this was done. On the fourth day the manager “an over aggressive condescending “jerk” accused us of stealing and entering the kitchen without permission. When we attempted to calmly explain we had done this with the directions from staff he would only continue his unprofessional behavior. He then flipped us the bird and that’s when the conversation was over. That’s when a man and his wife who described themselves as the owners stepped in and also accused us of talking ice. “Ice” After calmer heads had time to process there actions the “owner” came to us and apologized and offered to buy us a drink. Great location and potential to be a return vacation you decide if that’s how you would like to be treated without cause.

1) I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and only 1 of the 2 elevators "worked", after waiting over 7 minutes for it to come. I reported it to the front desk but it was clearly a well known issue that, apparently, management is not in a rush to fix. I was told by other guests, as they were leaving, that they have had the same issue during their stay. 2) The hallways to the room smells bad, the rooms are small and you will be woken up to the sweet sound of construction going on. 3) If you go to theirs restaurant be ready to know what you want to order, as soon as you are handed out the menu, because you will not see you waiter for a good while, specially on weekends. 4) After being out all day, on Sunday, we wanted to stay in for the night and relax, ordered some food to go and got ready to watch the Super Bowl but "oh surprised!" the Hotel blocked ESPN in the rooms so all the guests will come down to their very crowded restaurant (keep in mind that I have a lung condition and that's what I have been trying to avoid, this was my first vacation since the pandemic started and was being very careful of places I went) what a disappointment!!! 5) The day before check out I asked at the front desk if there was anything I needed to do before the morning and the young guy told me I had to come down and hand them the room keys, which I have never heard of but whatever. Came down at 6:00 am, waited for 15+ minutes, calling for someone, and no one ever showed up. Called them once I got home just to find out that this was not necessary. Big waste of money, DO NOT recommend it to anyone, very disappointed. The customers are clearly not a priority at this Hotel!!!
