Went to pay my bill at the kiosk. As I walked in, I noticed numerous customers in the sales area (at least 8) and no sales representatives. As I was in the process of payment, one sales representative did come out to help one customer. Five stars for me and the machine. One star for the rest.

Verizon is the worst! Their customer service is horrible. You cannot call any of their stores directly. If you start something on the internet, the stores won't help you and vice versa. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely terrible company.

Great selection of phones but last year I asked them if they had Lucky GoldStar phones, they said they never heard of it. I was walking out and said no LG phones here. They then said yes. I left, lol.
