The tmobile near the food court have two of the rudest customer service people. Erik is always rude and i believe is still in training. i believe the other guy name is Sébastian or Christian his hair covers most of his badge. Sad part is the guy who badge i couldn't see all the way was the acting manager.

I went into T mobile Galleria and met Justin.. We had a few questions and led into a few sales. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and treated my family like we were a part of his!! We will now go see him when we have questions or to buy phones and accessories. I will tell my family and friends to go into the store and ask for him. Thank you for having a great person taking care of your customers!! He is the kind of person who will make sales and educate the consumers on how to work their phones!! He even helped me take my two daughters Christmas presents to my truck! Thank you Justin for your time with my family and not rushing us off! We appreciate you!!

Amanda was great and very helpful I needed a new phone very fast as my husband's phone didn't work anymore went in the store as i thought it was the cheapest way to go to find out t-mobile charges 35$ just for the visit which is ridiculous then the price of the phones so by the time the out the door cost it would be over 100$ so I sat there and did 2 online orders she was very patient in the end my orders were just about 45$out the door compared to 100$ I now know to just do orders online and do pick up in store

Lazy workers I went in asking for help I needed them to call customer service for me and ask for a new pin for I can do a claim on my stolen phone and they said they couldn’t use their personal phone to dial when they have a store phone makes no sense
