Went in with my partner to get new iPhones, sales associate Bryan was very patient to say the least. We were switching carriers and had no knowledge of what to expect. Something out of the control of the store was the new iPhones were on back order so we had to order them to the store. He was very knowledgeable about 90% of the questions we were asking (there were a lot) and if he wasn’t sure about the answer he would respectfully walk away for a few moments and have an answer for us. We didn’t have all of the information we needed to actually do the switch when we got to the store so we were back and forth on the phones with our (soon to be) old carriers. Bryan was patient, understanding and extremely friendly and polite to say the least. Overall it felt like I was talking to a friend for most of the transaction. I would highly recommend if you go in store for anything ask for Bryan. 10/10 experience
