TERRIBLE! Absolutely TERRIBLE! My representative has not called me back in a week and her voicemail has been full just as long. How caring can a case worker be when she can’t even be bothered to listen to her voicemail?

We came in this morning to check on PeachCare and the status of our application. We found the staff to be very professional and they fully answered all our questions.

It's one thing when you go in there in person, but for those that have small kids and it's easier for us to make phone calls rather than loading them around in the cold nasty rainy weather, it would be extremely helpful if you would actually answer your phones... It's honestly as if you guys turn the volume down on purpose just so you don't have to take calls. That right there is bad customer service on your behalf!

Years ago this place was helpful. There are no employees available to talk to and nobody to call if help is needed. The clerk at the front told my elderly mother to apply at their lobby computer, it was obvious that she had come because she couldn't fill out her paperwork , let alone use a computer . She had to find a ride that day, which is also a big deal. So she left with no help and worried. I suppose family services doesn't include the elderly here. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
