HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TALK SO LOUD WHERE EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS THEN ITS FEELS LIKE A SCAM TO MEET QUOTES BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS WANT YOU TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT THEN OPEN A NEW ONE THEN HAVE YOU CALL THE 800 NUMBER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT FOR FRAUD...

The service at the store was good everybody was very nice but we got rid of our cable no more cable

Went in to pay a bill. Kiosk was broken. Waited in queue for 30 minutes before I had to leave. Asked if I could just leave an envelope at the counter and was rudely told to get back in line. Left without paying and planning to cancel service. No excuse for such treatment.
