Great multi-use trails with many different options for how many miles you want to exercise! There are some areas that need maintenance, but they do seem to be aware and working on them.

Currently there are no real leasure rec facilities. There are some horse/animal stalls next to a large covered arena area. There is a picnic table next to the river .5 -.75 miles in on the mixed use trail if you enter the woods behind the horse stables . Pretty much just mtb and horse trails. There are definitely no grills.
Not sure, but if there's something scheduled it should be listed on the Oconee parks and rec. website. It's probably a bit soggy but I haven't received any "rained out" notifications
