Never had a bad experience. The wait to see a Technical person can be grueling but once you get serviced its very quick and they communicate very well.

I purchase AppleCare for my phone and that's how they fix my phone that I had so if you purchase AppleCare you will be able to get a complete checkup and refund on your phone without paying anything but at the same time if they damage your phone they supposed to fix it
