We adopted our kitten (Preston, now Archie) through the SPCA at this Petsmart location on 9/15. The staff was wonderful, very informative and took the time to educate us and make sure the kitten was a good fit for our family. We were impressed by how smooth the adoption process was and how knowledgeable the staff was. Also grateful to receive such detailed health information.

PetSmart associates are always cordial and helpful I volunteer at one of them every week and they are very great with us volunteers who maintain their cat cages

Yes, they are open during construction! I think they open at 9am or 10am
I think you can at the larger stores. They all sell hamsters, guinea pigs, and gerbils also.
