This place is setup perfectly for food carts! Large indoor seating area with plenty of picnic style table seating. The building has a handful or large, clear garage bar doors as well as overhead heating (although not needed for the 100+ degree day we went). It was really comfortable to sit in the shade and enjoy our food. There were a lot of carts there all with very similar pricing and plenty of variety as well. Tacos, burgers, felafel, Thai, Chinese, and even a Ukrainian cart. They also had a beer cart there and a bubble tea cart for your beverage needs too! Plenty of parking with 2 separate but connected parking lots. Pet friendly and a small Astro turf area with giant Jenga and connect 4. This was a really well thought out and well planned Food Cart area. Cannot wait to come back!

I love it. The options of food, the option to sit inside or out, and they do have a small kids play area. There are plenty more carts I want to try, but I had a bleu bacon burger from Sammy's.

There were like 3 different Mexican carts, not saying that's a bad thing, I'm sure the food was good in each one but, for such a small spot I was hoping for more diverse and/or new carts. There was 2 Thai places, Bahn Mis, bubble tea, a Scandinavian cart which looked interesting, a smash burger spot, they had 4 or 5 different burgers and fries, and a kebab cart. They had gyros but that was closed and one that served all day breakfast was closed. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. I hope to see a few more carts there when I go back. The vibe seemed good, decent amount of people but a small spot, and small parking area. We had the Thai place closest to the burger shop, and it was pretty good. Flavors were all there. I also tried the steamed dumplings, very tasty.

At the time of this review, please keep in mind it's fairly new and many food carts are still setting up (as well as the indoor arena) There is a variety of food and drink options available! The carts I tried yesterday was wonderful - very fast service. The seating area is nice and conveniently placed. Outdoors there is a lot of road noise, but I imagine the indoor features will help to decrease the road noise when it's done. The large fork is also very memorable!
