$74/ night for pine sap stickiness and a sardine can site. Stayed one night and I got pine sap on my pants and shoes from the picnic table. The sites are so tight my car parked under my awning. I don't like franchised rv resorts where you pay the price of a hotel and get a narrow slot with no view.

Used to love it here but it seems like it's starting to go away down hill! The office and most of the staff are amazing! They say they close their facilities at 11pm, but the employees tend to lock things early and unlock them whenever they please. My partner went to shower at 10:30pm one time before working the night shift..... Locked! I've seen some guys unlock the bathroom and use it after 2am! And last night I went to get my laundry at 2 minutes BEFORE 11pm..... Locked! Not to mention the only 2 parking spots for the laundry room are constantly occupied by cars that use it as their own parking spot forcing me to have to park in the only other place to park which is the fire lane blocking the fire hydrant! When you've got 4 loads of laundry washing/drying it is extremely difficult not to mention frustrating! It seems the employees run the place however they seem fit instead of for the people living here and sticking to the rules. Only exciting thing is they might be building a playground for kids.

Park could use some maintenance. The landscape was once nice but it has been taken over buy weeds. The small grass strip had not been mowed. This made the park a a rundown look. Sites were small. Utilities were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

1star for curb appeal and 1 star for location. This park was an attraction when I first moved there 3 years ago in March of 2019. Fast forward 3 years and all of the features that drew me to this park, pushed me away from this park as the features slowly diminished. Management stopped the professional landscapers during the pandemic and never brought them back on. As a result, and the fact I was located in the lower third of the park, landscaping was never tended to in my area. The front third of the park is top priority and was always pristine. We in the lower third often referred to ourselves as being in the park slums. The trees have not been trimmed in all of the time that I had been there. The tree soot and fall out left my rig constantly needing to be washed. My patch of yard was a swamp during the rainy season. I had a power surge that blew out my entire rig including the surge protector. I had to repeatedly ask for an electrician to inspect my meter. I received no results of the inspection nor did I receive any assistance for the damage done to my trailer. The straw for this park for me was the steep increases in rent annually with no amenities to substantiate the increases. Top that off with the rumors and gossip about management that filter throughout the park and you have a highly unprofessional neglectful management of this park. Hopefully ELS can clean this park up and start providing some value for their tenants that are obviously being taken advantage of. P.S. I posted a photo of my space the day I moved out. This is what my space looked like routinely. My neighbor would mow my lawn when he mowed his as we all knew no one would be down to take care of our spaces. I expect this post to be deleted as other negative reviews about this park have been deleted.

Management, that park is owned by a corporation. Management cares about money over people
Not for public use. Customer use only at individual sites. Want to dump, stay a night.
You need to call or email the park to find out.
If you use their website you will get a quote for the cost per night. My quote just now was $55
I bet they would for a week or two yeah
No. Trimet bus stop near the entrance.
No
Starts at 687 I thinkgood amenities
Yes there are two both coin and credit card one is down on lower level
Yes, they do rent spaces for a month at a time. You need to call the office or email them to check on price and availability.
At the main entrance there's a bus stop and you can get bus or train to anywhere in Portland and major outlying areas (PDX airport, Clackamas, Gresham, Portland etc)
This is not an age restricted park. Only restriction applies to your rig...not older than 10 years old. There are some older rigs here but they are grandfathered, having been here prior to that restriction.
April 1st monthly rates go up to $595. Everyone is leaving this place in droves. I've never seen so many empty spaces.
Different code so kids can't play in there
