Yes you have to live in Adams Point to use this pool.
Do you have to live in Adams Point to swim at the pool or have a pool party for a child? If not what is the cost?

The pool is maintained by the Adams Point HoA. I would assume that the pool is reserved for the Adam's Point community.
My family is going to be moving here the 22nd of August. When does the pool close for the season? Thanks

Resident here. Pool use is for residents and guests only. It's paid for by the HOA.
