I went to ulta salon for a curly cut deep conditioner appt on 9/24. Usually supposed to take an hour or longer and I was done before that. The hair appointment felt like a normal hair cut nothing special or different. When I went to get my hair colored later that day we notice my hair looked choppy. I’m not a specialist on a curly cut but I’m not sure if this is it. For sure felt like a waste of 70 dollars.

My daughter had a gift card for a certain amount but was able to come in and find several products she has seen on TikTok for a great price so she was very happy. Well organized and friendly staff 👌
