I visited my physician for a follow up visit on Feb 10,2022 and stopped here fir a milkshake. I drank it on the way home and became violently ill 2 hours later requiring transport to the hospital via EMS. I had severe abdominal pain and nausea , a fall in blood pressure and confusion. After iv fluids a ct scan which revealed nothing significant my physician believes this event may be the result of food poisoning. I have filed with Wake County and am still feeling a lot of discomfort today 10/12/2022. I pray nobody else becomes sick if this is a sanitary issue. It would be the first time for me at a Macdonald’s but it is possible hence this warning. I lost an entire week when I was supposed to be at a conference which is my biggest frustration.

Slow
