I came to this location to switch 5 lines from verizon but the rep was not really trying to get the sale, he was telling me i cant switch all five lines because att policy is not allowing customers to switch 5 lines from the first month, which i know thats not true. I just left and I am going to corporate att at the galleria mall.

The sales rep kept suggesting that I should take 5G connection even though I told him I only was interested in 4G. Very poor service.

The young lady who helped my wife and son today went above and beyond to accommodate what questions they had. My family was able to upgrade our service and have all questions answered and explained. We will be back when we are ready to upgrade our phones. Thank you for delivering quality customer service.

The young man that was working at the AT&T store on Walden was very helpful and help me figure out the problem my phone and I was in and out of the store less then six minutes
