Was a monthly stay resident guest. Hotel called 911 on me (person with High Functioning Bipolar Disporder & OCD) and lied on 911 call. Nothing mentioned on 911 call was said on sworn statement because it was all a smear & LIES!!!! I did absolutely nothing wrong. Police smashed down my hotel room door & at least 1 gun was pointed at me. I was not arrested because no crime was committed. Hotel has zero evidence of me doing anything wrong. Hotel did not issue full refund & no apology was made. Stay away from Best Western I-75. I’m a 30 year local with a good reputation and Best Western is full of lies & unethical business.

Check in was quick. I didn’t like they hold $150.00 as a deposit though. Woman at desk wasn’t pleasant stating since I was to check out and back in the next day I would have to pay an additional deposit of $150.00 when all I was doing is extending my stay.Lobby is ok.TV remote was not set up and had someone from front desk set up tv with remote after 10 minutes figuring it out.I’m at a motel, why does a remote need so many options. Carpet is dirty in the hall and room as you will see in photo. Not easy to capture in photo. It appears as if owner TRIES to have a nice hotel but needs to update mattresses at least, maybe invest in a carpet cleaner wouldn’t be a bad idea either. I won’t walk barefoot on carpet in this room. Beds are out dated. Shower gives you plenty of water for a good shower .No water saving shower head here. Shower stall equipped with shampoo ,conditioner ,and soap dispenser but are empty. Small refrigerator in room is a plus.Employees are polite. See photos. My employer reserved this hotel so I have no choice for the next two nights but I will not be here again, work or otherwise. It is an ok hotel if money is tight or if standards are low. Have a good stay and take care.

I would have given a 5 star but room 108 apparently had some water damage by the closet and it was lumpy and very soft. I am very allergic to mold and had a scratchy throat and my nose was very stuffed up when I was in the room.

For the Naples area, this hotel is a great value for the price point. The rooms were clean and quiet, housekeeping and hot breakfast daily (first one I’ve had at a hotel that was actually good since covid!) and a heated pool and hot tub. Also it was so quiet at night, even though breakfast seemed packed with people every day! The staff did a great job here. 10/10 would recommend!
