My package has been at this place since Aug 11th. Today is Aug 18th. I'm less then 5 miles so what's the problem? I call the number for Scott City and get an automated call that just tells me it's there. this is not the first time this has happened.

I had next day mail and for some reason I never gotten it.And they sent it out again for next day mail.And I never got it.They need to check twice before taking mail to ppl.house.And it's been going on two weeks.i even stood outside and waited. And the tracking going to say delivered and left at the door.No it wasn't this the second time

Address is 3425 Willow drive and yes if you missed a delivery you can pick it up at this location after the trucks come back in at the end of the day.
