This office literally went above and beyond calling me about my packages waited for me to arrive and they were incredibly sociable and friendly. All of this was shortly after a nasty winter storma as well. Now their (UPS as a whole) call center is a whole different sorry I am incredibly upset with.

This is no longer a service counter. You can drop off prelabelled packages and pickup if held, not for anything else

I have had 2 different packages arrive by ups on different days. an the man that delivered them was so nice an helpful. thank you ups. for having nice people work for your company. that's so hard to find an.see nowadays.

Found on the UPS website. "Firearms (including handguns) may be shipped only through a UPS Scheduled Pickup Account using various UPS pickup services, or through a UPS Customer Center (counters at UPS operational facilities)." Additionally, I called UPS and verified the following statement is true. "from an individual to a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, licensed dealer, or licensed collector" The "individual" needs to have a contract with UPS to send a handgun to an FFL. So you need to visit your local UPS Customer Center and sign a contract.
Do not see why they wouldn't!!!
From what ive been told they hire the semi drivers out of the main hubs like Indy and Louisville.
