Yes. They also have food vendors there as well for the Hospice Concert in September. Hotel right across the street. As long as you are not getting crazy you would probably be ok bringing in alcoholic drinks. We do it every year and never have a problem.
Yes there Is a bike trail it is very nice. It is also a people's trail.

Fall of 1974 was the main timeframe for the monster’s appearance. There are people still in Columbus that remember it. Also- reports of the monster are still reported to this day! A podcast called “Sasquatch Chronicles” has a podcast of an encounter along the river recently by Mill Race parks.
