Yes. They also have food vendors there as well for the Hospice Concert in September. Hotel right across the street. As long as you are not getting crazy you would probably be ok bringing in alcoholic drinks. We do it every year and never have a problem.

Depends on the event. Your best option is to check out each event as much as you can. Otherwise, the parking isn't too far, you could leave it in your car, have a mini picnic outside the gates, and then return.
