Wish I had more time here! Nice shop with unusual art work. Chihuly glass is n the stairwell. Some nice and unusual architecture to see with in walking distance. We only had less than an hour. Will come back and take a guided tour of the architecture.

Had a five year old video highlighting things that were no longer there. Also the sound track was barely understandable. There wasn't any guide for items in the building and the map that they wanted $3 for wasn't helpful. I learned more from a guy we had the fortune to golf with, who was quite proud of his home town.

WOW This is not what you expect when you stop into a small town Visitors Center. Beautiful, well staffed, full of information and a great gift shop!

Questions & Answers

How can I find out what modern architecture buildings have been constructed since "A Look at Architecture: Columbus Indiana" was published? I am planning a visit in May and want to see all the modern buildings. Thanks, William MacAdams

You can go here to view the two pages from the book that list all the buildings and art in the book : https://columbus.in.us/docs/book/timeline.pdf This is the most up-to-date list. I would also suggest you stop by the Visitors Center for help with any other questions and to pick up the official Columbus Guide, which maps out all of the sites. Hope you enjoy your visit!
