I don't love here, and don't know much about the owner's, or how much they charge. It seems pretty clean every time I come here, and most people seem respectful to each other.

The homes at homestead are for sale but they no longer do the rent to own.
I seen some empty homes so I would contact there office or check online see if they have a site.

Correct! But they do sell mobile homes as well through a company that manufactures them, or they can also be sold by owners
$260 a month? I thought it'll be $500 because of sewer,water and electric?
There is a few RV parks in Bartholomew county but homestead is a trailer park very nice well kept,the maintenance man is very good at keeping it up and most tenants will agree he is awesome
You can rent trailers, but most purchase a home and pay lot rent
