Customer service was over the top excellent! I have a mint allergy and had been unable to find toothpaste that is mint free. Angie took several minutes to help me find one that works.

I understand your frustration. I just let it ring and ring while on speaker phone. It was probably 15 or 20 minutes. Very poor customer service.
