So you need to visit your local UPS Customer Center and sign a contract.
No you must take it to an FFL and they will send it. There are very specific laws in hand gun transfer. You must take it to an FFL who will ship it to an FFL then the other person gets a background check at that FFL. I'd they don't pass it gets sent back to your FFL.
