I always get the best service from everyone who works here. Every driver we have had for the last 7 years has also been top notch. Way more helpful than just calling the 800 number to a random call center.

Except for the fact that there is no signage on Dirksen Parkway to indicate that the UPS facility is on this road, (and I only know because I've been here several times). It is one of the most helpful UPS centers I have ever been to. I brought my package un-taped and they have helped me to get it all wrapped up. I do wish they would invest in a sign, it would help people to find them.😀

They have UPS boxes there u just have to have the address written plain so the cashier can read it n they will put it in their box n print the lable out n the postage for itn it can NOT be cash or check
You have to pay for your shipping at the center to add insurance...with a return label the insurance should/ hopefully already be in included on the browning side ( when they issued label)

The drivers headed out on time this morning. Volume was a little heavy so your driver might be running a little behind.
You can definitely return it, the question is will you (or the company you bought it from) need to create a return label. Opened packages cannot be returned on the original shipping label. They would need their own shipping label. Many business provide return labels if you have one you can give the package to a driver or drop it off at the Customer Center. Unopened packages that were delivered to you in error such as the intended recipient doesn't live there or you didn't order the package may be refused and returned. Just give the package back to your driver and tell him why you are refusing it.

UPS have boxes for a charge. FedEx has free boxes if you send 2nd day or faster
