Call shipper and ask for tracking number. They may have emailed it to you. Possibly if you go to orders, you may find your tracking number.
Yes. You can print a prepaid shipping label online and just drop it off or pay for a label at the counter when you drop it off..

You have to purchase stamps through USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE). UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE) will ship anything for you from letter sized envelopes to oversize packages. They don't use stamps but they do use shipping labels with tracking numbers on them. They vary price wise depending on weight of item (s) to ship and number of days to reach it's final destination. Next day air is expensive but it's guaranteed to arrive before 10:30am next day.
that's what I would do, contact her hr department at the facility you reported to work everyday, I would go there in person, human resources department
Do you expect it to arrive at its location? Maybe try a different carrier
I use UPS because of superb customer service and a reasonable price. "Cheapest" is outside my consideration.
